"Grant came over to give me a quote on our backyard that we discovered after buying last year was significantly UNDER WATER! School had built up their property for a soccer field and never took care of the type of drainage they needed to remedy an immense amount of runoff that it was causing in my backyard and other neighbors and refused to address it. Grant reviewed the photos, visited the site, checked out elevation and came up with two resolutions. The most thorough was significantly more than we retirees could afford, but he came up with an adequate one that did not require 550 ft of drainage through two other properties and a pump station and was about half the cost. He completely explained the resolution, plus and minus, what we could do to address erosion and what each part would be and how long it would take. We had to have our property surveyed first, but Grant stayed in touch and immediately after the survey was completed in May, Grant and his “right hand man” got cracking on it. We had tons of gravel, sand and loam trucked in and Grant had to move a medium sized shed forward and back again (done without damage!), disassemble a 21 x 12 deck and also build a window well to maintain access to our crawl space. Everything was done on time and on budget!!! Grant Hines runs his business in an open and honest fashion and provided exceptional value! I believe it was a blessing to meet this young man!
